What I'm looking for is an API or SDK documentation for S32G RTD drivers? Is there such thing?

RTD package is comprised of a set of directories, one per driver. Each driver
directory, along with the driver source code, includes a doc/ subdirectory where the
documentation for the driver is located. Study the contents of the doc/ of the
driver(s) of your interest and familiarize with the available use case examples
to see how the drivers work. More information on working with examples can
be found in this document.
