Hi,

In our SAF sw we are doing LBIST and these are doing safety diagnostic test for PERIPH1 & PERIPH2.

Does these cover PIT, FTM, SWT, SPI, I2C, LINFlexD ?

Answer: The LBIST is supported for all the above mentioned modules.

Do we have any documentation on this. I guess that the customer need to keep some evidence.

Hi,

Yes, we confirmed with design team and they covered by LBIST. The ticket has been raised to update RM with required information (TKT0605601)

@Dinesh.upreti@nxp.com Could you please double check?

Moving it to S32G2 product forum as it is related to RM.
