&lt;P&gt;In our SAF sw we are doing LBIST and these are doing safety diagnostic test for PERIPH1 &amp;amp; PERIPH2.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does these cover&amp;nbsp;PIT, FTM, SWT, SPI, I2C, LINFlexD ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Answer: The LBIST is supported for all the above mentioned modules.&lt;/P&gt;
