Hello, may I ask if your issue has been resolved? The S32G399A chip I am currently using has a Flash model of MX25UW51245. My current situation is that it can be burned and verified successfully using the FLASH TOOLS tool. However, when I configure BOOTMOD to RCON, it cannot start from FLASH. I can measure the SCK and CS signals using an oscilloscope. The SCK clock is 28MHz, but it only lasted for about 1.3ms.

I used the flash tools tool to obtain the FLASH ID, which is also correct and can be matched with the data manual, as shown in the figure below. I also used this tool to read the register I wrote, and the content read was also correct.LONGGANGSU_1-1753430798494.png
