      <title>S32G399 Micron NOR Flash</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi NXP team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our custom board has Micron&amp;nbsp;MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AUT Nor Flash for S32G399.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the algorithm of this flash is not listed in the S32 Flash Tool, so we can't flash the binary to external flash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the required steps we need to be able to use the micron NOR flash?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Generally, different models of Flash from the same manufacturer will use the same command words and the same register design.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try to use the&amp;nbsp;MT35XU02GCBA.bin file.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The difference between&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;MT35XU512ABA1G12 and&amp;nbsp;MT35XU02GCBA could be the die structure internal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For 512Mb and 2G, the difference would be A/1 die per chip&amp;nbsp;and C/4 die per chip. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So the address range for each device could be different and it may need to be modified&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
