S32G RDB2 boot hang in bsp42 + RTD4.0.2

Hi NXP team,

I want to create a multicore boot environment following AN13750.

Before the issue occurred, BSP42+RTD4.0.0 will bootup into Linux kernel successfully.

Below is my sw version:

Linux BSP42

RTD4.0.2 HF03

bootloader project(GoldVIP-S32G2-1.12.0)

HSE S32G2XX_0_2_22_0

boot hang log:(first time)

bootloader 0x2 Application 0 image fragment 0 was loaded in 10.847 milliseconds.
bootloader 0x2 Application A53_0 was loaded.
bootloader 0x2 Application 1 image fragment 0 of size 1048576 was loaded from QSPI, address 0x200000.

Is Application 1 Image an IPCF image? Which version of IPCF are you using?

In addition, which version of the bootloader project are you using?

Sorry to late reply.

Is Application 1 Image an IPCF image? Which version of IPCF are you using?

Ans: based on 4.6(AN13750 example version) patch to 4.8

In addition, which version of the bootloader project are you using?

Ans: the bootloader project from GoldVIP-S32G-1.12.0

Thank you for your reply.

According to the ReleaseNotes, If you are using the version 4.8 of IPCF , then the RTD version 4.0.0 is required. If you are using the version 4.9 of IPCF , then the RTD version 4.0.2 is required.
