DS V3.5 activation code in use

i have downloaded the DS v 3.5 and in the installation process it asked for the key.

when i got the key from email that i previously before used in DS v3.2 i got this message:

Software activation code is already used in this station for S32DS_2018_R1 APU3Compiler 1.0.

how can i release the license to assign it to the v3.5.
