S32G ivt conponent creat bin

Hi，

I'm using the S32G-VNP-RDB3 development board to validate the IVT component to generate a bin file to burn to the development board for testing, but I've encountered some problems that cause me to not be able to start my program after burning the bin file to the development board, but using the S32 Debug Probe emulation is working!Here is the configuration of my IVT,DCD components and the address of ramIVT.pngDCD.pngRAM.png

I have attached my app as well as DCD and IVT to finally generate the Blob bin file!

Finally, after I burned the bin file I generated, I selected NOR Flash to boot and the red light next to the JTAG came on, please help explain!board.jpg

Hello, thanks for contacting NXP support.

About your problem, we can see two possible causses:

In your application bootloader, your RAM entry pointer is not correct.
Your QSPI parameters file is not selected

To solve the first problem you can search in your .map file (inside the Debug_RAM folder) for the intc_vector, that is the address you should be using for your RAM entry pointer.

To solve the second problem, you should select the "Configure QSPI parameters" checkbox on the left side of the IVT view, and select the file mx25_sim133ddr.bin. you should be able to find it in your installation directory, for example "C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\eclipse\mcu_data\processors\S32G399A\PlatformSDK_S32XX_4_0_0\quadspi\default_boot_images\mx25_sim133ddr.bin"

Thanks for your suggestion,my problem is solved.As you said, my Ram entry pointer is wrong and my QSpi parameters are not configured;Thank you again.
