Dear Sir

Now I'm designing a BMS, I use the MC37771 as the AFE chip, but some GPIO pin no used,

I saw the Datasheet, GPIO pin have Internal pull-down resistor.

So I should let those pins floating or pull-up/pull-down?

You can configure them as input then short GPIO to ground.
