Issue with MC33777 secure documentations

Hello,

I want to use this component in a BMS board with full NXP ecosystem (AFE, micro, SBC, TPL etc.). We have active NDA, and we have access to any sercure files for these components, eccept for MC33777. Afther sign in I see the web page of MC33777 as below.

Why? A sales peaple said that we have already access for the entire asset, but this isn't true for MC33777.

Dear Roberto,

you cannot access MC33777 documentation because you did not requested access yet. Please follow the instructions in the user guide: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/nxp-docstore-migration-guide.pdf page 8, go to My NXP account on a top right corner - Profile - Secure Access Rights - Gain access rights - in a free text field specify MC33777. Thank you.

you were not allowed to see and open secure files content because your account has been deactivated for long term inactivity from your side. Please keep in mind that you may need to Reactivate your secure files account every 30days. Now I can see you reactivated yesterday so I assume the issue has been solved. At now nothing change. Is it possible that I must use Multi-Factor Authentication to see this secure files?

Dear Roberto,

yes, correct, for secure files you need MFA setup. Please refer to: https://www.nxp.com/support/support/my-nxp-account-faqs:NXP-ACCOUNT-FAQS

MFA is now mandatory for users who:

Have been granted secure access rights or belong to specific user groups or audiences.
Use Flexera to manage software licenses.

If you see a prompt to enable MFA, it means your account requires this extra layer of security.

Dear Pavla,
I had activate Multi-Factor Authentication some days ago, but nothing change.
Its stange, but in the List of Products with Authorized Access Rights, MC33777 is present, but none secure files in the product page I see.
Could you send me these files?

If you say access rights were granted for MC33777, you should be able to obtain the files from the product page: https://www.nxp.com/products/MC33777 by checking the Secure button under Documentation section. Another option is to go through My NXP account - Secure Resources - Product - MC33777 (page 11 of the guide: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/nxp-docstore-migration-guide.pdf). If still no success then please contact the Secure Files team directly by email: support.docstore@nxp.com
