I am using "MMPF0100NPANES" in my design.

Body marking is observed as

"MMPF0100
NPANES
XAAJXA"

How to decode the last line "XAAJXA"? What does it say?

Hi,

We cannot share the decode details of the marking XAAJXA, but I can tell you what does that means:

The six characters are referenced as AWLYWZ where

A = ASSEMBLY SITE

WL = WAFER LOT NO.

Y = YEAR CODE

W = WORK WEEK CODE

Z = LOT SPLIT

Unfortunately, that is information we cannot share, however, I can tell that according to the marking of your PF0100 “XAAJXA”, it was manufactured during work week 24 of 2018.
