&lt;P&gt;假如你的热阻变化了温升也变了所以有可能功耗也在变，这个变化中唯独不变的是Tj（max）不能是这个Tj超过150C否则芯片就damage了&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use NXP GUI to do PF5300 calculation I have a question:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I change Rja value, the Chip loss and Ext loss also changed.       <description>Hi Guowei，&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;谢谢你的回复。&lt;BR /&gt;您说的这情况我理解了。&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;根据公式T_j=T_a+R_ja*P_loss&lt;BR /&gt;T_a：环境温度，&lt;BR /&gt;R_ja：热阻，&lt;BR /&gt;P_loss：PMIC的功率损耗&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;热阻越大结温不应该越高吗？&lt;BR /&gt;这里选用大的热阻，功率损耗反而减小了，结温也下降了，这一点我有点不能理解。&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;结温大功耗小Tj可大可小。&lt;/P&gt;</description>
