Hi, I'm looking for NXQ1TXL5/101J but there is no stock around the world.
I found NXQ1TXL5/101118 but I'm not sure if this is a full replacement and no differences. Please help!

These two slightly different marking actually represent the same part - NXQ1TXL5.

NXQ1TXL5/101J is the ordarable part number.

NXQ1TXL5/101118 used by some distributors includes last 3 digits from the sales item number.
