Facing continuous invalid frame (CRC fault)error while starting the communication with FS85

I am receiving continuous invalid frame (CRC fault)error while starting the communication with FS85 using FlexGUI for dev kit

We have set up the FlexGUI with the KITFS85AEEVM board for the FS85.
We successfully configured the COM port and established communication.
However, we are encountering continuous CRC errors when attempting to start communication (see attached screenshot).

We aim to configure the mirror port, flash it to the mirror region, and then test the communication.
Below is the hardware setup with jumpers connected, without OTP switch ON.connections done for FS85

Could you please assist us in resolving the CRC error and guide us on how to proceed further?

Hello!

Have you carefully followed all the steps outlined in the User Manual UM11193, specifically pages 19 to 28? This includes installing the necessary drivers, Java, and verifying that all switches and jumpers are set as indicated in the documentation.
Also, could you let me know which operating system you're using?

Below is the jumper connection image:

Jumper and switch connections are followed as per the user manual UM11193. We followed the procedure mentioned in the datasheet as per your suggestion, but we are still encountering the same issue.
Note: We are not flashing anything. We simply pressed the search button and then the start button in FlexGUI, which resulted in the CRC errors.
Software Tool Set Information:
JAVA version: 8u162
OS version: Windows 11

Please let me know any additional information is needed.

Thank you for the information. Could you please share your KL25 setup?

From the photos provided, I don’t see a KL25 present. Please note that this kit uses a KL25Z MCU to communicate with FlexGUI. If you're using a different MCU, kindly let me know so I can assist you accordingly.
