Hi ALL,

We are using the C33FS85 SBC chip, and I am interested in knowing if there is any convenient solution for programming this chip for volume production. It is not easy/fast to use the FlexGUI for programming FS85 chips, and AFAIK, there are no other resources for programming this SBC other than "FlexGUI for FS85 / FS84 Evaluation Tools". Does anybody know a better solution for automating the programming of this chip in volume production?

Is there any C package that can be used?

Hello,

The OTP emulation/programming is possible during engineering development only. The OTP programming in production is done by NXP only. This means that once you have your custom OTP, you need to contact one of our authorized distributors. They will handle all the necessary steps for NXP to create a new part with your custom OTP configuration.

Hi ErikaC,

Thanks for the reply.

We do have our custom OTP, but the issue is that none of the authorized distributors we contacted were helpful with this request. It seems like even the authorized distributors are not sure about the necessary steps. Is there any vendor you can suggest that can help us with this?
