PCA9420 Charger

I am developing a wearable device using the PC9420 and RT6 series.
It runs on a battery, so I need to charge it.

Question
1.After switching from MODE0 to standby with PWR_DN_EN=1, is it possible to charge it by inputting 5V to VIN?

2.After switching to standby with PWR_DN_EN=1, I would like to turn on the LED when charging is complete. Is this possible if I use the INT pin?
I would like the LED to light only when charging is complete.

Yes, that's right.

I would like to be able to charge the device even when it's turned off.

I understand that the device is turned off when it detects that it's ON and sets PWR_DN_EN=1,

but is this done incorrectly?

I checked the data sheet and understood that it can be charged using ShipMode.

Do you generally use ShipMode to turn the power off (to save power)?

If so, I will use ShipMode.
