Hello team,

I have opened the AN12995, Rev1, 9 March 2023. Chapter 3.5 does not exist.

Chapter 4.5 shows this drawing. Now again the question - how can the Core voltage be set?

Dear team,

how can the VCORE voltage be set on the FS26? We want to realize VCORE=1.2V.

Are there any feedback resistors necessary on the CORE_FB input?

What is the internal reference of the CORE_FB pin?

Or is this device dependent by ordering code?

Best regards,

Jochen

Hello,

Please find the information in the Application note AN12995, chapter 3.5 Vcore Regulator.

Note: The document is under secure files.

Hello,

Sure, let me explain.

VCORE is a synchronous buck converter with integrated FETs. VCORE is dedicated for microcontroller core supply. Output DC current up to 0.8 A or 1.65 A (depending on part number).

Output voltage range setting from 0.8 V to 3.35 V (OTP configuration, 10 mV step) which will be modified from the OTP configuration, please see OTP_CORE_VOLT1 register bit description.

So, if you want Core voltage to 1.2V use 28h.

Hello team,

OK, understood. For development purposes this is a way.

But how is the FS26 with VCORE=1.2V and OTP_CORE_VOLT1=0x28 in series production to be identified? With a special part number?
