The manual says that when VSUP>Vsup_uv, V1 will be started after Tslot time, and the time is about 500us. I measured it roughly. It's about 240ms. What's going on? I couldn't find the answer from the manual.

Hello Wei,

Could you please share more details about your test conditions? OTP device used? Or blank OTP, can you repeat that from device work in LPOFF mode? To try again? Why is there one V1 signal then the signal shutdown? And restart? What part number are you actually using?

My test condition : provide power to SBC, and then check when the V1 pin of SBC has output, that is, when MCU starts. OTP mode is not used. When I have powered the SBC and the SBC is in LPOFF, the wake-up signal for WK1 will be as follows.

FS23 Version number: PFS2322BMBA6EP;

Software Driver Version number: 0.9.0;

Hello Wei,

Could you please try to capture the Vsup and VBOS and V1 using an oscilloscope? I suspect the slew rate for Vsup is slow.
