I think, NXP's Logic controlled high-side power switch NX5P2190UKZ has become obsolete. SO, Please suggest me the suitable alternate for this.

Hi Zeman,

The NX5P2190UKZ has indeed been discontinued. I would recommend to consider either the NX5P2924x or NX5P3090 as an alternative.
