    <description>&lt;P&gt;in a customized board we are using tpl between 33664 and 33771c and i'm getting comm timeout on all statuses. by closer look, i can see the RX clocks are present but not 50% duty square wave but more like 10-20% pulses... i wonder if anyone can shed some light on what might be the possible causes in the hw(?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;please download and check the AN12626 from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/power-management/battery-management/battery-cell-controllers/14-channel-li-ion-battery-cell-controller-ic:MC33771C?fpsp=1#documentation" target="_self"&gt;MC33771C product page&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and please refer to the section 13.2.6 in the MC33771C datasheet. To check if you have used the recommended components for the TPL communication interface. Please share your schematic with voltage levels and part values.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
