For both the MC20XS4200BDFK(/R2) and MC20XS4200DFK(/R2) you can request samples, but the lead time is currently about 40 weeks.

Hi,

I am not aware of any SW drivers specially for the MC20XS4200. Maybe you can look at SDK Analog Expert Drivers if you can use any of these drivers as a reference.
