    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your recommendations!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But there are some issues:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Those are heavy-duty EV devices. Ours is a mobile consumer device, so our form factor is small and light.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Our power requirements are significantly lower.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- We don't need DC output or rectification.&amp;nbsp;Our load uses AC directly from the secondary of the load-trafo. We will not rectify or filter the secondary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;Thx!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to make a&amp;nbsp;Resonant Inverter, with AC output.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Application is an AC power supply&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Topology: LLC or other&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Input: 12V to 24V DC&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;No DC output&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;100 kHz&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;100W&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;0 to 20A continuous&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;constant voltage&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;0 to 5V&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Inductive load for galvanic isolation&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;pure sine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;soft-switched&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1/2 bridge or 1/4 bridge&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our load uses AC directly from the secondary of the load-trafo.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear John,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;inverter concept please check this &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/applications/automotive/powertrain-vehicle-dynamics/electrification/electric-vehicle-ev-traction-inverter:EV-POWER-INVERTER" target="_self"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;. You can find there a block diagram with recommended components. We do not have any FETs in our portfolio. For the recommended Gate Drivers, IGBTs or SIC FETs are recommended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;unfortunately we do not have any other inverters in our portfolio. Only the three heavy duty for automotive applications. GD31xx.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
