is it possible? In debug mode VR5510 turns off all its regulators thus the MCU-S32G2 on ECU/RDB2 board will be off. How can we program the OTP in this case using MCU?
I am bit confused with your reply.

As per datasheet of VR5510 the OTP programming can be done in development phase using NXP GUI and NXP EVB. is there any way to do it on the ECU/RDB2 board used in the development phase?

That's very difficult to do that, please use the programmer EVB board to do this OTP.
