Hi experts

i will design a new board with IMX6SX and want to use MPF5020 PMIC

on NXP site a part name is MPF5020CM...., but on mouse.com a available part is MPF5020AVNA0ES

is it a old revision ? what is the difference ?

i couldn't find a MPF5020AVNA0ES datasheet

any infomation will be of great help

Please note that MPF5020AVNA0ES is no recommend for new design!

You can select the PF0200/PF3000!

AN12992 1 PMICs and i.MX6 processor matrix table

PF5020 is avaiable with I.MX6X

and if i can buy MPF5020CMMA0ES, but i can't find one from mouser.com, digikey.com

so..if two parts are pin-compatible , i will test a board with MPF5020AVNA0ES and later change to MPF5020CMMA0ES, that is why i try to find a datasheet

about PF3000 , i can't find any stock neither and looks liket that it is a bit expensive

Yes, MPF5020AVNA0ES and MPF5020CMMA0ES are pin-compatible.
