SW1AB maximum rated current support to 2.5A,does this current capability match requirements of VDD_ARM_IN & VDD_SOC_IN?

Sorry that I am not familiar with MPU side.

If yes,SW1AB single phase no problem.

What about change new PF0100? does this issue disappear?

Hi, NXP

I am developing a design which uses PF0100 (MMPF0100F6ANES) and i.MX 6Solox(MCIMX6X4EVM10AC).

SW1AB is single phase configuration and it supplies power to VDD_ARM_IN & VDD_SOC_IN tied together which is the same as iMX6SX SABRE board.

SW1C is independent phage, but it's DNPed.

All of sudden, the board became a brick and it didn't power off or on when pressing the power button which toggles ONOFF pin of IMX6SX.

I probed some power rails and clocks and found that SW1AB are off (0.39V vs. 1.375 for normal), and there is no 24MHz xtal oscillation.

According to Figure 9. PF011 typical power map of PF0100 datasheet, SW1AB is single phase, but it supplies to VDD_ARM_IN only and SW1C supplies power to VDD_SOC_IN independently.

Can SW1AB single phase configuration and the supply to both VDD_ARM_IN & VDD_SOC_IN of IMX6SX cause the abrupt SW1AB power conversion failure?
