&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the Firmware version (NP, F0, etc.) cannot be check with the DEVICEID, SILICON REV, or FABID registers, there is no way to check this by checking a register.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only way to do it would be to check the regulators values and compare them with the values of Table 10 of the datasheet: &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MMPF0100.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MMPF0100.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>MMPF0100 Manufacture ID?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a customer trying to determine the Manufacture ID (or silicon rev) of his devices through the registers below.&amp;nbsp; They can’t figure out which one would give them the unique identifier per device.&amp;nbsp; For instance identifying NP, F0, and F6 devices based on these register ID's.&amp;nbsp; ANy advice is greatly appreciated.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="nxp regs.jpg" style="width: 680px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/130294i79326442D52FB916/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="nxp regs.jpg" alt="nxp regs.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
