MMPF0100 Manufacture ID?

Hello,

I have a customer trying to determine the Manufacture ID (or silicon rev) of his devices through the registers below. They can’t figure out which one would give them the unique identifier per device. For instance identifying NP, F0, and F6 devices based on these register ID's. ANy advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Unfortunately, the Firmware version (NP, F0, etc.) cannot be check with the DEVICEID, SILICON REV, or FABID registers, there is no way to check this by checking a register.

The only way to do it would be to check the regulators values and compare them with the values of Table 10 of the datasheet: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MMPF0100.pdf
