NCJ29D6 Demo board Programming Fail Issue

We have two NCJ29D6 demo boards, then use TRACE32 Tool to programming firmware to demo boards, the hardware enviroment as below. In the end , one demo board is sucessfully to programming, but the other one is always fail. The fail log in page2~page7, please help us to analysis the reason.
