&lt;P&gt;Good day!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we don't have the S-parameters for A2V09H300-04N as a document, but I did a deep research and found the response of A2V09H525-04N is very similar, at least for simulation, this document will be helpful, their main difference is the power.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With S-parameters you should be able to make your own custom design of the devices.&lt;/P&gt;
