Hi,

Hope you are doing well. I'm sorry for the inconveniences this may cause, but the requested information for these products is under a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), thus, cannot be shared via this channel of communication.

Could you contact one of the available distributors in the NXP Distributor Network so they can help you with your request? Future Electronics are certified specifically for NXP's NXH family of products and can help you with this request.

Best Regards,

We are using the NXH2265 and HXH2266 devices, which have 5K RAM of user application space. How do I determine, during the build process, if the code I am developing will fit within the available space?

Also, can I take back some of that other RAM space (parts of the 24K RAM space used by the NXP drivers/ete) if we are not using all the features, for example, not using the I2S interface for audio (we might be only using the data channel)?
