Configuring RTCS to have less protocols

I'm trying to reduce the space memory of my RTCS code. Right now, I'm trying to rebuild manually all my RTCS library, but I'm not very sure this is the correct way to remove protocols or application from my library because this way is very difficult to do without errors. Is there another simplier way to make RTCS take less space memory? Pherhaps editing a .h file, modifying includes, etc?

I think you can just set them to 0 in your user_config.h file. I beleive the linker is smart enought not to link them in if not needed but I have not tested this.
