      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is that to broadcast, you just send to (on UDP) to IP adress 255.255.255.255. Anything broadcast on the port you opened will recv.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
