USB File Read Speed with MQX

We are using MQX 3.8 on a K70, internal USB Full Speed. The K70 is set as the Host and reading a file from a USB Flash Drive using the MQX MFS File System. The file is a binary file about 2MB in size. It takes 7-8 seconds on a few drives to load the file, but on most drives it takes 40-60 seconds. This seems really slow for a Full Speed USB connection..?

The USB performance was improved in MQX 4.0. Worthwhile to upgrade.

HI Amish, I am getting the same problem you faced. It takes around 80-90 seconds for copying the .bin file from a thumb drive. But I am already using MQX 4.0. I am new to the MQX. What could be the reason.

I am using fread() for reading a file from thumb drive. and I am working on K60 tower kit.
