Move a project from MXQ to Windwos Embedded Compact

Hello,

we have a customer who wants to move his current project from MQX to our HW under WEC7/2013 with a NXP Vybrid or iMX6 CPU. Are there any tools which facilitate such a task?

Sorry I found no special WEC forum so I post this question here.
