Hi Luca:

Thank you for checking. The license agreement from NXP only permits distribution of the provided code in object form only, and only if that object code is integrated into a physical device that contains an NXP processor. So this means that the provided NXP code cannot be published online or provided to anyone else electronically regardless of the form it is in (source code, object code, or binary code)

Regards

Daniel

I'd like to publish on GitHub a MQTT implementation based on MQX classic .

Since I'm not a lawyer, I would like to know if there can be some problems with MQX classic ( i.e. : MQX 4.x ) licensing ?

Regards,

Luca
