MQX 4.2 hwtimer_get_time always return 0 subticks for LPT timer

There is an issue with MQX 4.2 when calling hwtimer_get_time, subticks will always be 0. According to manual on K6x, see this theadLPTMR0 always shows 0?, CNR register must be written with junk before it can be read.

hwtimer_lpt_get_time must be updated accordingly.
