K64 Freedom _task_delay() not Working Properly

The BSP documentations says: ...Alternatively, the bsp_cm.c can be modified manually without PEx.

It then goes on to say nothing more about it. A document about changing clock settings is referenced but I can't find it anywhere.

I'd like to understand how the clocks are configured. I'm wondering how SysTick is configured because on the K64 Freedom when I call _task_delay(10) I'm getting 150 ms instead.
