nandflash bad blocks

Hi All,

I have successfully tested nandflash using MQX4.1 & CW10.6 on TWRK60F120M board.

We have created our custom board same as TWRK60F120M board using MK60FX512VLQ150 controller.

For nandflash testing I used nand example from mqx without FFS but here I am getting ID as 0x0 and all blocks as bad.

I have tested 2 boards and for both boards getting the same output.

Added clock setting in _bsp_nandflash_io_init

SIM_CLKDIV4 &= 0x00FFFFFF;

SIM_CLKDIV4 |= SIM_CLKDIV4_NFCDIV(7);

& now nandflash is working properly.
