    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using MCUXpresso for VSC and FRDM-MCXA153.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SDK is&amp;nbsp;SDK_25_12_00_FRDM-MCXA153 and using the sample code "hello_world".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you tell me how to show the peripheral registers at debug session, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MCUXpresso IDE can show&amp;nbsp;the peripheral registers as below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Peripheral registers at IDE.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/378927i3F3BD3F222A16268/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Peripheral registers at IDE.png" alt="Peripheral registers at IDE.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;I want to do same thing on the MCUXpresso for VSC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toshi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your post. It seems a known issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try the method in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.nxp.com/t5/Zephyr-Project/How-use-SVD-file-in-MCUXpresso-for-VSCode/m-p/2125174" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Solved: How use SVD file in MCUXpresso for VSCode - NXP Community&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can add the&amp;nbsp;MCXA153.xml path into the launch.json.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And then debug it again and open the&amp;nbsp;"PERIPHERALS" view of the bottom panel.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope it helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please refer to the attached &lt;STRONG&gt;MCXA153.xml&lt;/STRONG&gt; instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition, you can find MCU product SVD file via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://github.com/nxp-mcuxpresso/mcux-soc-svd" target="_blank"&gt;GitHub - nxp-mcuxpresso/mcux-soc-svd: MCUXpresso SDK SoC SVDs · GitHub&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tested the attached&amp;nbsp;MCXA153.xml, and it works properly.&lt;BR /&gt;Please see the attached screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;
