Microcontrollers with eTPUs and EBI

Currently use the MPC5777C for engine control using eTPU.

What other microcontrollers are available that have both eTPU and EBI (or similar) in a smaller package to the MPC5777C?

Also need to know longevity of each device, as needs to extend into 2030 and beyond.

The MCUs that support eTPU include MPC series and S32K39, S32K37, and S32K36.

What I'm after is a pin-out spreadsheet for the S32K3xx devices similar to the MPC5777C file:

In Apps Note AN14655 page 49/60 it states that there are Cadence schematic symbols available for the S32K396 as attachments to the document, but I cannot locate them. I also did a search on the NXP website and can't find them!

Are there Reference Design schematics and symbols available?
