Thank you for your prompt response.

We have completed the hardware development. Now, I need to get started on the custom firmware we would like to run the NHS3152UK/A1Z Device. I am a fully-experienced C/C++ Programmer but need some help to get started, as listed below:

a) I would like a link to the Eclipse IDE to download and install on my development platform

b) I need a "walkthrough" to show me the main steps for loading a simple (like the Blinky) application source code into Eclipse, build it and deploy it for testing

Please help me with the above steps.

Regards,

Mo

Hello,

I am designing a new board around the NHS3152UK/A1Z product. I have the following specific questions:

1) I have no need for a hardware reset. What should I do with the RESETN Pin (leave it unconnected, tied to VCC, or what)?

2) If I don't use the RESETN Pin (as I intend) how can the device be reset during the firmware development? Note that for firware development, the intent is to use the development board refernced in NHS3100 Sensor Board | NXP Semiconductors using I2C pins to download the firmware.

3) Can the NHS3100 Development Board be used to develop firmware for the NHS3152 Device?

1. Connect to VCC with a pull-up resistor.

2. Use software reset if RESETN not use

3. Yes for initial development. It is better to use NHS3152 board as there are some features different.
