HC9s12XDP512 controller out of space allocation in Segment RAM. RAM size is 0x2000 to 0x3FFF. But allocated space is 0x3FD3. Still I am getting issue.

Hi,

it is not possible to say anything without full project packed to analyse. There can be issues in prm file, placement, pragma, function definition, function size.....

I suppose you use CodeWarrior v5.2.

Hi Lama,

Currently i am using codewarrior v5.1.

What will be the possible areas have to verify for analysing this issue? Please let me know.

prm file all memory addresses are fine.(i hope placement also covered in this point)
Same pragma used for definitions and their externs.
I dont get Function definition and function size as function size related to code memory.

Kindly let me know for further analysis.
