    <description>MPC8378配套使用的镁光存储型号为MT47H64M16HR-25EIT:H，因为原型号停产，现在更换型号为MT47H64M16NF-25EIT:M，其他物料没有更换，生产调试发现之前的程序不管怎么调试都无法正确读取数据，数据报错，比如程序写的1111，数据读取的是1100，请问我们适配程序应该怎么调整？</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have the issues with the new dram could be any issue with the timing parameters as you are facing data corruption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please verify the main difference between both DDR and&amp;nbsp;Verify DDR Timing Parameters to adjust all the values and perform&amp;nbsp;Memory Stress Tests.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, DDR mean SDRAM chips from Micron. Small differences in silicon revisions or internal timing can cause compatibility issues, you have to compare and adjust the timing parameters according to both datasheets and update the memory controller initialization code, and run memory test to validate the configuration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
