MCXN947 EVK cannot initialize PHY

I am starting a new project using the MCXN947. I have both the FRDM-MCXN947 and the MCX-N9XX-EVK demo boards. I will be utilizing LWIP so I downloaded the LWIP-PING examples for both boards. The example runs fine on the FRDM but will not run on the EVK. I keep getting "Cannot initialize PHY" on the EVK. Both boards seem to have the same PHY chip (lan8741A-EN). Can someone offer a little guidance on the issue, it would be much appreciated.

Hi @embedbytes,

Are you making sure to follow the board setting that are listed on the "example_board_readme.md" file for the MCX-N9XX-EVK? These include:

Connecting JP13 2-3 pin.
Populating R274 to sync reference clock.
