Hi @WIAM

There are no models of Pspice/spice for any MCU. S12/S12Z/K1/K3. We do provide the hardware design package, which contains CADENCE symbols, IBIS models, MCU mechanical drawings, STEP 3D files, and BSDL boundary scan files.
