NXP MCU RT1166 - How to store data into Internal Flash using JTAG/SWD tool

Hi,

I need to store data using JTAG into Internal flash memory. I´m able to store them using JTAG/SWD tool ARM J-Link on External Flash Memory connected at FlexSPI1 and it is accessed by address 0x30000000. IA told me that the access to Internal Flash is 0x600000 but when i try to store any data on it region it return error.

As far as I know, the RT1166 doesn't have internal flash. Please help me to check out chapter 3 of the RM:

You are correct,

The RT1166 has no Internal Flash to store data. NXP also gave me the same answare.

The Microcontroller of this familly that has 4MBytes of Internal Flash is RT1064.
