Smallest (and cheapest) MCX part/package for USB Audio?

Hi,

Since there are now many families within the MCX series, I'd like some guidance to narrow down

which part-no's can run usb-audio
small footprints <5x5mm
lowest cost / minimal peripheral-set

A good match would be HS-usb, 4x4mm package still 0.5mm pitch. one I2S. a few gpio's, price <$1.0/pcs

I recommend two products to you.

One is the MCXC243VFT. It mostly meets all your requirements, except for the body size. Its size is 7mm*7mm. For details, please refer to: https://www.nxp.com/part/MCXC243VFT.

Another one is the MCXC244VFM. The only requirement it doesn't meet is the price. The budgetary price is $1.05 USD for 10,000 pieces, and its features all meet your requirements. For details, please refer to: https://www.nxp.com/part/MCXC244VFM.

Both of the two products support Full-speed USB, not HS-speed.

I also looked at the LFBGA64 parts which are also 5x5mm

• MCXC443VMP (only 16K ram, so might be too little for the stack)
• MCXC444VMP (32K, and also 256K flash meaning slightly higher prise point)

another alternative might be the
• LPC5514JEV59 series (59BGA = 4x4mm), higher price probably due to more memory
