&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The signal you are looking on Datasheet is NVCC_ENET, that is the "power rail" for ENET module.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ENET_MDC and&amp;nbsp;ENET_MDIO are functional pads, that can works at 3.3 and 1.8.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IBIS is correct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>IMx.6Q IBIS model ENET pins voltage reference</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are using&amp;nbsp;MCIMX6Q5EYM10AE in our design. For SI simulation, we are downloading IBIS model from NXP website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While assigning models to ENET_MDC &amp;amp; ENET_MDIO pins voltage reference for that pins shows 3.3V, 1.8V and 1.2V models only.&lt;BR /&gt;But actual pin voltage which we have used is 2.5V.&lt;BR /&gt;As per datasheet that pin Min.voltage is 1.65V.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Mathiyazhagan_0-1737635292426.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/321095iE1B63A8AE75F24D0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Mathiyazhagan_0-1737635292426.png" alt="Mathiyazhagan_0-1737635292426.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Mathiyazhagan_1-1737635430257.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/321096i30A73EA281519A9E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Mathiyazhagan_1-1737635430257.png" alt="Mathiyazhagan_1-1737635430257.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Need a update on that specific pin voltage models in the IBIS models.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
