How to read UUID of MCXA153

I cannot find details about UUID in the reference manual or datasheet; an example is also not available.

I tried to read 1st 4 bytes like

uint32 UUI1 = 0;

UUID1 = *(unit32_t *)(0x01100800U);

is there anything else required to be done?

Hi @pallav_aggarwal
The first line of the package marking is PMCXAxxx, this means is an preproduction part and don´t support UUID. In order to the UUID to work the package marking should be "MCXA153", for example.
