&lt;P&gt;do you means resolver sensor, which can provide the rotor position information even if the motor is in still state?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is the case, pls refer to the application note.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the following library, you can get angle based on the voltage of 2-phase coordinator.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As you know that the resolver sensor is third party product, I suppose there is resolver sensor on market, which can output digital angle directly.&lt;/P&gt;
