MCXN appears to be stuck in ISP mode

Hello,

I'm working in a project for the MCXN947 microcontroller in a custom PCB.
Debugging was working fine in the beggining using a J-link in SWD mode.

Then the session was interrupted and when I try to restart or full erase it, a timeout occurrs. Seems like the uC is stuck in ISP mode or something like that

I tried with another Jlink, but same issue happens

How can I solve this problem?

You can use the MCUxpresso IDE to try erasing Flash and downloading programs to the chip.

Hi XuZhang, thank you for your quick answer

I tried many times your propossal, but it didn't worked. Everytime I try, the same message appears: "ROM entered ISP command handling loop. Re-enable the debug access".

I tried to erase it directly in command line, but same issue happens:

Is there another way to recover this uC?

Thank you for your detailed description of the problem.

1.Make sure you are using the correct SDK. The latest version I use,MCUxpresso IDE 11.10.0 ，and SDK 2.16 ,do not have this problem，you can try it.

2.In addition, you can dowmload the Blhost software from the official website and run Blhost and to use blhost -p comXX -- get-property 1 commend to check whether the ISP mode is entered.
