&lt;P&gt;1.You can use the SDK demo routine (frdmke16z_led_blinky) to debug and check whether the development board has hardware problems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. find you use the MCUXpresso IDE, please check the appropriate flash driver. As in the picture.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, currently i'm working with my MKE16Z4 board and debug like normal then i met with the error&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;EraseSector (0x0, 0x0, 0x3) status 0x1 - driver reported driver error - INTKFMM driver rc 16 - Flash protection violation&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sectors written: 3, unchanged: 0, total: 3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Closing flash driver FTFA_1K.cfx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Target error from Commit Flash write: Ef(49): Flash driver operation gave error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;GDB stub (D:\LinkServer_1.6.133\binaries\crt_emu_cm_redlink) terminating - GDB protocol problem: Pipe has been closed by GDB.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this? i had tried mass erase but its still not success.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="NguyenPhong_0-1724600501323.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/295098iA9A80E5A9463C97F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="NguyenPhong_0-1724600501323.png" alt="NguyenPhong_0-1724600501323.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
